Description:
Registered Nurses are members of a multi-disciplinary team focused on providing compassionate care.
They deliver patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with mental illness.
Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments.
Preparing, implementing, and modifying nursing care plans is essential.
They provide health teaching, counseling, and education to individuals and families.
Implementing infection control protocols and procedures is part of the role.
Observing and recording individuals' symptoms and care is crucial.
Reporting responses to medications or changes in health is required.
Coordinating and providing nursing care is a primary function.


Background check and vaccination requirements are mandatory.
Medical/immunization screening is needed, including recent PPD and blood work with titers levels.
Completed background forms must reflect 28 years of consecutive address history.
Exclusion search results for relevant programs are necessary.
Education verification and criminal background check results will be conducted.


Training will be provided, including 3 to 4 weeks of orientation.
Orientation will cover shadowing, training, and an overview of facility policies.
