Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $525,000 - $625,000 annually (based on MGMA standards and experience)
• Additional Benefits:

What You ll Do

• Provide full-scope Hematology and Medical Oncology care in a state-of-the-art cancer center
• Manage approximately 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient volume
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of 3 full-time Medical Oncologists and 1 Hematologist
• Participate in multidisciplinary cancer treatment planning and case discussions
• Support satellite clinics as needed, including occasional travel
• Engage in academic activities with potential involvement with medical students and residents
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence in a top 10% nationally ranked patient experience facility

What You Need
Required:

• MI medical license
• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred, new graduates considered depending on skill set

Preferred:

• Experience with multidisciplinary team approaches
• Familiarity with academic and research environments
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
