We are seeking a Media Manager to support media planning and buying efforts who shares our passion for reimagining the consumer experience through creativity, technology, and culture. What You'll Do Manage general activities related to digital media planning, buying, execution, and performance evaluation of media campaigns. Effectively manage the flow of client deliverables related to media plans across channels such as digital, OOH, video, paid social, and paid search. Maintain control of advertising budgets. Ensure the accurate execution of media plans and monitoring of buys. Manage activities related to media planning. Develop POVs/position papers on key client or industry issues as needed. Maintain effective communication within and outside the agency to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and campaign needs are met. Who You Are A strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. A relationship builder, adept at fostering positive connections with outside vendors, clients, and internal teams. A detail-oriented individual who can work effectively under pressure. Passionate about digital and emerging media, with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends. A quick learner, eager to acquire new skills and tools. Proactive and resourceful, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. What You'll Need 1-2 years experience in media planning or media buying role, agency experience highly preferred Working knowledge and experience with media-related research, planning, and buying tools. Experience with media tools such as Nielsen, comScore, MRI, SQAD, SRDS, DoubleClick etc highly preferred Experience working in Prisma highly preferred Experience in digital media reporting/analysis, with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
