Tire Pros is hiring full-time Tire Store Managers for both our Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks locations! This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional in the tire retail industry who is ready to take charge of store operations and team performance. Top earners are driven, results-focused leaders who work hard and take ownership of performance. This role strongly rewards effort and execution and is not suited for someone looking to coast. Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates.WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR TIRE STORE MANAGERIn this role, you will:Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiativesBuild customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals.Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records.Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training.Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and handle additional duties as needed.Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.Perform additional duties as needed.ABOUT OUR COMPANYTire Pros has been committed to providing outstanding products and services for years.
