divh2Retail Product Support Sales Rep/h2pThe Retail Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for selling products for manufacturer or distributor to business and industrial establishments or individuals. This position is classified as an outside sales position; the positions primary duty is to obtain orders/contracts for products or services; employees are customarily and regularly engaged away from Warrens place of business./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDocument lists of prospective customers in the CRM system for use by the sales organization, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources./liliPre-qualifying sales leads for follow-up by the outside sales force./liliCall regular and prospective customers to solicit orders./liliDisplay or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes features and benefits./liliQuote prices and credit terms; prepare sales contracts for orders obtained./liliPrepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts./liliCollaborate with other inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date./liliCoordinate customer training./liliEnter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts./liliInvestigate and resolve customer problems./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliBachelors degree (B.
