Driving customer engagements remotely, the full-time Lead Consultant, Consulting Services will manage internal and customer-facing projects, leveraging advanced consulting methodologies and deep expertise in virtualization solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities Takes full ownership of customer projects, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of defined business outcomes Partners with specialized teams to transition customers from Proof of Concept to full-scale rollouts Provides technical oversight and project management for customer- and partner-driven projects Required qualifications Demonstrated expertise in virtualization solutions and related technologies Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative work environment Strong understanding of consulting methodologies and documentation standards Experience across diverse industry verticals such as Healthcare, Education, and Financial Services
