Regional Operations Manager -South Central

Role Regional Operations Manager overseeing commercial activities and strategy execution within a designated region focused on urology accounts and healthcare institutions. Responsibilities develop regional business plans build relationships with key accounts manage account operations translate strategies into actionable regional plans collaborate cross-functionally with sales, market access, and education teams ensure operational efficiency and compliance Requirements Bachelor's degree 6+ years in pharma, biotech, or med device 2+ years hospital or urology experience preferred proficiency with EMR systems and account onboarding strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to travel 50%+ valid driver’s license HighValue focus on urology (bladder/cancer), account management, healthcare delivery models, reimbursement, and operational barriers; experience with EMR integration and large accounts. WorkSetup role involves significant travel, with onsite interactions at hospitals, clinics, and ASCs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
