HIRING ASAP!!! We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Therapist who is fluent in English and Spanish to provide high-quality counseling and therapy services to clients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering culturally responsive care and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. FTE/PTE requires on-site and virtual schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions in both English and [second language].

Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Offer crisis intervention and case management as needed.

Stay current on best practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.

Active state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible.

Fluency in English and Spanish required; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Experience providing therapy to culturally and linguistically diverse clients.

Strong organizational skills and commitment to ethical standards.

Preferred Skills

Experience with [specific modalities, e.g., CBT, EMDR, play therapy].

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

NOTE: Salary range is based on the Contractor's hourly rate up to that of a full-time exempt employee
