Responsibilities ·Operates hand truck or various truck from our fleet of trucks (fork, reach, picker) to move or convey shipments · Assembles finished goods orders and loads shipments based on established standard operating procedures ·Prepares skids: straps, stretch wraps, weighs ·Receives incoming shipments based on established standard operating procedures ·Prints and pulls warehouse transfers and orders · Receives, inspects and stores merchandise or materials · Executes all aspects of shipping orders and receiving product from outside vendors ·Restocks corrugated and production’s needs ·Works with Production and Customer Service departments ·Assembles loads for other facilities as needed · Assists in training of new employees ·Supports & complies with safety guidelines ·Other duties as assigned Qualifications · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Good English writing & speaking skills ·Basic math skills ·Ability to work independently ·Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively ·Basic computer systems knowledge Physical Demands · Regularly required to stand and communicate · Ability to see and hear · Occasionally required to stretch, bend, climb or balance · Often required to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. · Frequently required to lift 5 to 35 pounds · Communicate with management as required OurExpectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
