Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business: Cashier - Point of Sale. Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking. Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru). Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders. Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
