Maintenance Supervisor

Sazerac Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and product quality. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing work orders in a CMMS, coordinating vendors, and driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll partner closely with production and engineering teams to support growth, champion safety, and foster a culture of accountability and performance on the plant floor.
