We are seeking a physician to provide high-quality outpatient medical care focused on continuity of care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. This role serves as a key healthcare provider responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, maintaining medical records, coordinating specialist referrals, and supporting positive health outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and improving the overall healthcare experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care and treatment
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate medical histories and records
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Educate patients on healthcare conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
• Review diagnostic tests and incorporate findings into treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and healthcare policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
• Support initiatives that improve patient outcomes and healthcare experiences

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state of practice
• Board Certification in: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of outpatient medicine and primary care practices
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex patient care situations
• Completion of required tuberculosis (TB) screening for patient-facing healthcare roles
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and improving patient experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Medicine specialty training
• Experience in value-based care, preventive medicine, and population health initiatives
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
