In this role, you'll provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, talent management, and organizational development in a matrix environment. You'll collaborate with managers and leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement and retention while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions through coaching, problem-solving, and implementing positive change in support of business objectives.Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a matrix organizationPreferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fieldProfessional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) highly desiredStrong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practicesDemonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and investigationsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision makingAdvanced proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with organizational change management and process improvementProven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProject management experience and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBusiness acumen with strategic mindset and consultative approachFluency in English required; additional language skills valuedAbility to travel occasionally between sites as neededExperience in manufacturing, healthcare or life sciences industry preferredNo relocation provided at this timeThe salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
