Sales Call Center Agent

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Sales Call Center Agent will make outbound cold calls to seniors, educating them about in-home healthcare services and scheduling health assessments to promote lower extremity health. Key responsibilities Make outbound cold calls from a provided lead list to introduce Belle's services to seniors Educate seniors on the importance of lower extremity health and chronic care management Schedule in-home health assessments for seniors with trained technicians while meeting appointment-setting goals Required qualifications Previous experience in Medicare sales, health insurance sales, or senior services preferred Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement sales is strongly preferred Comfortable using CRM systems and call center software Positive attitude and persistence with the ability to handle objections effectively Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language) are preferred and considered a plus
