Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance payments and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
