Location: Longmont, CO
Position Type: Locum | Physician - OBGYN
Schedule: 24-hour Call (7a-7a) | 9-10 shifts/month across all locums

Overview
Inpatient and ER-based OBGYN call coverage at a Level III Trauma setting. Providers will handle GYN emergencies and Obstetrics, including C-sections. Support staff onsite includes RNs. Assignment is due to ongoing gaps in coverage. Site will not schedule more than 2-3 consecutive days for patient safety.

Schedule / Availability

• Nov 27 (7a) - Nov 29 (7a)
• Ongoing dates as released
• Must be willing to work 24-hour shifts

Practice Highlights
• 24-hour call coverage (7a-7a)
• Level III Trauma, Inpatient + ER
• EPIC EMR
• Avg. 30 deliveries/month
• Back-up for Family Practice
• Census includes adolescent + adult
• 8 beds, ~1 admission/day
• Cannot schedule more than 4 consecutive days

Credentialing

• Temps: 60 days | Full: 120 days
• CO License or Active IMLC required to release pre-app
• NPDB Self-Inquiry Report required
• Must submit apps within 72 hrs to generate EMR AD account

Submission Requirements (Mandatory)

• Board Certified OBGYN
• Active CO license or Active IMLC (LOQ at submission)
• Active DEA (preferred; required for credentialing)
• Available for listed dates
• State # of shifts per month
• Willing to work 24-hour shifts
• Acknowledge EMR training sequence + lodging requirements
• Local/drive-in candidate (preferred)
• OBGYN Residency
