Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient setting and tailor individualized treatment plans
• Execute physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehab professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise plans

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent accredited degree

Certifications
