Chris Tighe - State Farm Agent, located in West Palm Beach, is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Life Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Must have an active Life and Health insurance license to be considered.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Sell Medicare, Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
- Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
- Florida 2-15 insurance license (required).
- Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
- Prior State Farm experience preferred.
- Sales experience with emphasis on Life and Health insurance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.
