About the Job \n

We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care, occupational health, and diagnostic services at our Tampa clinic.

\n

You’ll care for patients ages 2 and older, providing preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, and helping patients take an active role in their long-term health.

\n

With Medical Assistant support and a patient-centered model designed for approximately 2.5 patients per hour, you’ll have the time and support to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care.

What You’ll Do \n

\n
• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services for patients ages 2+
\n
• Provide occupational health services based on the needs of the client and patient population
\n
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
\n
• Support chronic disease management through patient education, intervention, and ongoing follow-up
\n
• Provide preventive care and promote healthy lifestyle changes
\n
• Provide virtual care when needed and clinically appropriate
\n
• Partner with the clinic Medical Assistant to support an efficient, patient-centered experience
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
\n

What You’ll Bring \n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
\n
• Completion of a U.S.-based residency program
\n
• Current, unrestricted Florida physician license
\n
• Board Certified in primary care or a related specialty, or Board Eligible with commitment to obtain certification
\n
• Active DEA registration
\n
• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
\n
• Experience with or willingness to provide occupational health services
\n
• Comfort caring for patients ages 2 and older
\n
• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing
\n
• Commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
\n
