- Massey Insurance Agency is a Farmers Insurance agency built on disciplined activity, competitive drive, and clear production expectations. We're looking for competitive, coachable producers who are motivated by performance, income growth, and helping clients protect what matters most.
- This is a sales positionnot a customer service position.

Responsibilities- Follow up consistently on warm leads, quote requests, referrals, and existing opportunities
- Make outbound calls and conduct proactive follow-up throughout the sales process
- Quote and present Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate protection
- Build referral relationships through proactive outreach and networking
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-up in agency systems
- Meet or exceed monthly new-business production goals
- Take ownership of individual sales activity, pipeline management, and results
- **Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license required**
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn based on performance
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume phone activity and consistent client follow-up
- Self-motivated and able to manage a sales pipeline without constant supervision
- Coachable, accountable, and willing to follow established agency processes
