Operations Manager in Training — Start Your Leadership Path

Compass Group USA’s Canteen division in Sacramento is hiring an Operations Manager in Training (MIT) to gain hands-on leadership experience through our Accelerated Manager Program. You will rotate through markets, office snacks, coffee, vending, and other operations while developing core management skills on-site. You may have an associate or bachelor's in business and 0–5 years of related experience; strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a customer-service mindset are #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass Group USA
