Coffee IBP Director: Demand, Supply & Inventory

The J.M. Smucker Co. in Orrville, OH is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning for Coffee to lead demand, supply, inventory and production planning across company sites and co-manufacturers. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive S&OP, optimize inventory and deliver service targets while advancing planning capabilities in a hybrid work model (onsite a minimum of 9 days per month).
