Who We Are Looking For: We are not for everyone, and we are not currently seeking brand-new agents for this specific role. We are looking for professionals who:

1. Have a proven track record with at least 5 closed residential transactions.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee real estate markets.
3. Take full ownership of their business and view real estate as a full-time, professional career.
4. Are driven, competitive, highly organized, and open to coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and aggressively scale your existing pipeline while integrating our advanced conversion and marketing systems.
2. Conduct high-level, professional buyer and seller consultations.
3. Negotiate complex contracts and expertly guide clients through the transaction process.
4. Build long-term client wealth relationships.
5. Continuously grow your personal brand and market share within the Compass ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

1. Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
2. Minimum of 5 closed real estate transactions (Required).
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Tech-savvy and highly comfortable adopting modern CRM and marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
