In this role, you will connect with potential clients, qualify them based on set criteria, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This position is fully remote and focused on building a steady pipeline of qualified meetings. Responsibilities Ask targeted qualifying questions to identify decision-makers and accurately assess prospect fit. Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with fully qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, activities, and appointments in the CRM. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to confirm meetings and reduce no-shows. Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm in every interaction. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound calling, or sales support roles. Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling (250+ calls/day) while maintaining quality conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong CRM management and scheduling skills.
