Clinic Director – Augusta, Georgia Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinic Director who will join us in opening a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art facility and growing a top‑tier clinical team. In this role you will coach and mentor clinicians and steward the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that ABA services are delivered to the highest standards. About the Role As a Clinic Director, you will: Coach and mentor a team of clinicians. Steward daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery. Implement evidence‑based ABA practices and data‑driven analyses. Collaborate with staff to foster a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.
