Responsibilities * Monitor and track project schedule and budget * Interface with clients/agencies and contractors * Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings * Track work progress through daily field reports and photographs Qualifications * Experience working on projects for Amtrak, NYC Transit, or transportation a plus * OSHA certification required * Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures * Ability to maintain field and office records and perform QA/QC inspections * Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications * Strong written and oral communication skills * Collaborating with multiple team members * Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sites * Flexible in working days, nights, and/or weekends * 5 years + experience We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential. * Competitive Total Compensation Package * Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan * Mentoring programs * Continuing Education Program * Employee referral bonus * Volunteer/Industry association opportunities Our Culture: We believe in the power of collaboration.
