Experience: 3 years RN experience required, prior experience in MS-oncology required
License: Registered Nurse License required
Certifications: BLS Certification required
Must-Have: Experience with care coordination, disease management, plan of care, and prior authorizations
Description: Prior experience in MS-oncology is required. A minimum of 3 years of RN experience is necessary. The position focuses on long-term patient relationships. The nurse will orient with the neuro and oncology team. Triage calls will be a key responsibility. The patient population includes a high proportion of neuro-oncology cases, brain tumors, neurofibrosis, and neuro follow-ups. Care coordination is essential for this position. Any color scrub attire is acceptable. "Blue Jean Friday" is observed.
