Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Lubbock, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading docks, trailer areas, parking areas, and perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements. Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
