Job Description A multi-state creditors' rights law firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Data Entry/Processing Clerk to assist with its consistently growing practice. The Processing Clerk performs routine clerical functions according to internal standards and procedures. Responsibilities include entering new accounts, processing incoming and outgoing mail, running reports, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring compliance standards are met, and providing assistance to their department. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in relevant computer applications and managing incoming and outgoing phone contacts Basic knowledge of general office procedures and clerical skills Client/customer service experience Proven track record for efficiency in completing required work consistently Ability to collect, organize, and prioritize information Ability to complete repetitive tasks daily and meet production goals, including deadlines Heightened attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
