Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead new and ongoing aerospace programs, driving cross-functional execution from planning through delivery. This role is responsible for aligning engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with appropriate operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional aerospace projects and manage scope, schedule, risk, action items, and stakeholder communication; drive project governance, review cadence, and closure of key deliverables; coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new work introduction and execution readiness; identify project risks, resource gaps, and execution blockers, and lead mitigation planning; prepare status updates, reporting and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders; support prioritization of activities in a growing operational environment with multiple concurrent initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline; significant experience in project or program management within aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or other complex technical environments; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings; Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; Understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing workflows and regulated operations. Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace industry experience; PMP or equivalent project management certification; experience supporting customer-facing programs, production ramp-up, or operational transformation initiatives.
