We’re currently working with an established small animal hospital in Santa Cruz, CA,  that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated and collaborative team. This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, progressive veterinary medicine supported by advanced technology, modern facilities, and a skilled staff. Schedule

• Hospital Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered

• Weekend rotations shared among team members as needed

The practice provides comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats, including:

• Preventive and routine wellness care

Eligible full-time associates receive a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

Compensation

• Salary range: $80,000 – $180,000 annually

• Performance-based bonus up to 20% of base salary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
