About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Revenue Marketing to spearhead the strategic and tactical initiatives that drive the conversion of marketing investments into revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing the demand engine, with a focus on strategic ABM, paid media, SEO/AEO, and the website. This role demands a high level of accountability, as the VP will be expected to forecast and own the demand plan, design and lead the ABM program, direct the paid media strategy, and partner with content on SEO/AEO strategy. The VP will also be tasked with optimizing the full funnel, partnering on product-led growth, and owning pipeline and conversion as the primary measures of success. Applicants for the VP, Revenue Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment. The role requires a proven track record in owning the marketing function, with a strong emphasis on pipeline forecasting, ABM program management, and a deep understanding of PLG mechanics. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated fluency in attribution and funnel analytics, as well as hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the VP will be expected to lead a high-performing demand generation or growth team. Experience with AI tools and a curiosity for their application in marketing is a plus.
