If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Compensation to join our Compensation and Benefits organization.Responsibilities:Drive the compensation strategy for KPMG's audit business, acting as the primary compensation team liaison to audit's leadership team; serve as a compensation subject matter professional for audit and responsible for the development and implementation of total rewards strategies and programs that support the business objectives of the functionServe as an internal liaison and consultant with respective client group on all compensation matters (day-to-day administration and year-end compensation cycle); collaborate and partner with internal clients - including audit human resources and finance leadership as well as analyze complex problems or issues and provide compensation strategic or tactical solutionsPrepare and deliver presentations to function leadership that identifies issues and includes total compensation tactical and strategic recommendations and/or solutions; interpret market survey results to establish funding requirements for various pay programsLead efforts, as needed, for special reward programs or projects from design through implementationAct as strategic business partner to consult with audit leadership on new, innovative approaches to compensation and bring forward new ideas and concepts for considerationAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum twelve years of recent broad-based compensation experience in a business or financial services consulting environment or other high growth industryBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is requiredStrong PC skills required including Excel, Access or other database experience, PeopleSoft exposure is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, project management and influencing skills Ability to think strategically and to link action plans to critical business prioritiesExcellent ability to multi-task on several key projects; strong oral and written communication skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $147000 to $270000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role.
