Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team structure with indirect reports, ensuring productivity and efficiency across operations

• Train, mentor, and develop staff to meet performance expectations and support career growth

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve operational targets and business objectives

• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost control, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal standards

• Participate in ongoing training programs related to safety, compliance, and employee relations

• Ensure product quality, inventory accuracy, and proper handling throughout operational processes

• Monitor and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures, including shipment verification and inventory management

Preferred Background

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• 3-5 years of experience in operations or related industry with progressive leadership responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance outcomes

• Valid driver's license required
