Details Work in the 4B Surgical unit of a high-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center Patient population includes urology, gynecology, orthopedic, medicine, surgery, trauma, ENT, and vascular cases Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week No on-call responsibilities EPIC EMR experience required Expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month Block scheduling is generally not approved Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg specialty Proven experience in high-pressure, large-scale trauma environments Background in high-volume hospitals managing diverse and severe cases Experience limited to small or low-volume hospitals will not be considered Work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days Skills checklist matching the Med/Surg specialty Certification card and Nursys license verification required for consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care across a diverse surgical and medical caseload in a high-acuity trauma setting No RTO permitted during the assignment Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates American Traveler Job ID P-749127.
