YOUR HOURS

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position following standard business hours, with flexibility based on project demands. You'll work in the office during the full training period, gain work‑from‑home eligibility after one year, and complete periodic site visits to coordinate with field teams .

ARE YOU OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

Minimum 5 years of estimating experience Commercial and industrial construction experience (retail strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong working knowledge of on‑site construction processes Solid understanding of construction materials, equipment, and labor costs Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications Ability to work independently and collaboratively High attention to detail and precision Strong file organization and documentation discipline Excellent negotiation skills Consistent performance against quota and estimating goals Proven ability to maintain a healthy win/loss ratio Strong verbal and written communication skillsReliable follow‑up and responsiveness Preferred qualifications include experience with structural steel and welding.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

In this Commercial Retail Construction Estimator position, you'll step into the center of our project development process, transforming drawings and specifications into accurate, strategic cost estimates that guide major commercial and industrial builds. Your day may begin by reviewing architectural plans, analyzing scopes, and developing pricing for materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors. You'll collaborate with field teams to validate change orders, maintain organized estimate files, and support scheduling and workload planning. Throughout each bid cycle, you'll communicate with clients, vendors and subcontractors, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and maintain strong follow‑up practices to support our win/loss goals.
