This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus. Location: Orient, OH Compensation: $85 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus Hours: 20-30 hours per week, must be available to work within the core hours of 7am-5pm Contract: 3 months with likelihood of extension. Key responsibilities Conduct mental health and psychopharmacological assessments, formulates diagnoses, and provides appropriate treatment. Prescribes and manages psychotropic medications, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests. Provides direct psychiatric care (in-person or via telehealth), including care for patients in crisis. Collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, integrated patient care. Documents clinical encounters and participates in treatment planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities while maintaining clinical competency.
