Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson located in New York, NY. The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for handling leasing and sales transactions, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, negotiating deals, preparing offers, canvassing amongst other duties. The salesperson will also be involved in market analysis and property evaluations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
All Salespeople work from both the office as well as remotely depending on daily activity. This is a COMMISSION ONLY position with no salary or other form of compensation offered, although unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Real Estate License (or enrolled to take NYS Exam to get license)
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions (not required but a plus)
- Strong Sales, Time Management and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the New York market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook/Email and general computer skills.
