Provide full operational support during service, maintaining the cleanliness of the venue pre-service, during service, and after service. Set and reset tables in a timely manner, constantly manicuring tables and bar throughout service, clearing tables with efficiency and grace. Assist in fulfilling soft beverage orders, coffee & tea orders. In addition provide full operational support to Expediter, Servers, Managers, Bartenders and to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner in accordance with all Gjelina standards and procedures.This role welcomes customers into their establishment. They create and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the customer's preferences as Baristas. Provide consistent quality in the preparation of cold/hot drinks and brewing of coffee and tea. May a times also be the Barback (Bartender Assistant), is responsible for assisting Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently.
