Catering Logistics and Fleet Coordinator

Role: I manages the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of conference rooms and lounges to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Set up, refresh, and break down rooms for meetings and events according to specifications. Ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use, including cleaning floors, walls, windows, and checking lighting. Report maintenance issues and assist guests with inquiries. Work collaboratively with team members and attend daily briefings. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills Efficient time management to prepare rooms on schedule. Preferred: at least one year of banquet setup experience at a hotel. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; may require PPE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
