Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation. Assist with schedule development, updates, coordination, and progress tracking. Support procurement of materials, equipment, subcontractor deliverables, and long lead items. Maintain organized logs and digital records for secure and non secure projects. Participate in jobsite walks, QA/QC checks, and punch list development. Collaborate with field teams to address coordination issues and support daily operations. Maintain communication with subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders. Assist with estimating tasks including takeoffs, bid analysis, and scope reviews. The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven exposure to high-end interior projects or secure/regulated environments (e.g., SCIF) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of core project functions including RFIs, submittals, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between field and office teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
