The Company is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior with a focus on deepening client relationships in the business banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large, profitable business clients, with a strong emphasis on deposit acquisition, product deepening, client retention, and growth. This role requires a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial advice. The Business Relationship Manager Senior will be expected to deliver a high-touch experience, conduct in-person and virtual client interactions, and work to increase the primary bank share through referrals. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience, with a strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products, business credit underwriting, and commercial credit training. The role demands a professional with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, who is adept at influencing others and leveraging technology to interact with clients. A proactive and creative approach, the ability to balance client needs with the firm's interests, and a commitment to sound risk management and regulatory compliance are essential. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of managing clients with annual revenue exceeding $10 million.
