About the Role We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing home health team across the Bay Area. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, PTAs provide skilled therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or functional decline in the home setting. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and independence. At AlphaCare, success is measured not only by compliance — but by functional progress, fall prevention, patient confidence, and quality of life.
