Summary The Team Manager will lead and develop a dedicated store team at the Miami Design District location, driving commercial performance for a designated product category. Reporting to the Store Director, you will champion brand values, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an elevated client experience. This role requires strategic leadership, talent development, and accountability for sales results. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and empower a team to achieve performance and development goals. Drive client experience and cultivate deep, lasting client relationships. Own a designated product category, developing action plans to maximize business performance. Monitor sales and team performance, analyze results, and implement solutions to exceed objectives. Collaborate with Operations and Merchandising to uphold visual standards and operational excellence. Requirements Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with the ability to build high-performing teams. Strong client relationship and communication skills with a client-centric mindset. Commercial and analytical skills to set goals, track performance, and drive sales. Coaching ability to identify development needs and support succession planning.
