Key Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona School Psychologist license required
• AZ fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date)

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional incentives

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to help shape student learning plans
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students in need
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective behavioral and academic strategies
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
• Manage a diverse caseload across multiple schools, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Advocate for student support resources and coordinate referrals as necessary

This position offers a salary range of $71,000–$105,000, with attractive additional incentives such as a signing bonus, retention and hard-to-fill position stipends, and extra compensation for bilingual or lead psychologist responsibilities.
