Clinical Nurse - Cancer Care Clinic

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an outpatient oncology or critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance while participating in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual values. Maintain safety awareness, working in a constant state of alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN licensure required). Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Less than 2 years of experience Experience in Oncology or Critical Care is preferred but not required. Additional Info Role involves rotating shifts including days and nights, with every 6th weekend rotation. Sign-On Bonus may be available.
