Production Line Operator

Old Fort, OH facility

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $26.98/hour

About the Role
We're hiring a Production Line Operator to run machines and equipment on our manufacturing floor — including un-scramblers, fillers, case formers, case sealers, case packers, and palletizer/stretch wrappers. You'll keep equipment running at target performance levels, support changeovers, and help drive continuous improvement on the line. Full training provided.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate equipment to meet quality, scheduling, and customer requirements
• Operate equipment per standard work; participate in machine set-up and changeovers
• Verify materials and components to ensure quality standards are met
• Participate in line troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening
• Identify areas of waste and contribute to continuous improvement
• Operate auxiliary/support equipment
• Use company software and electronic systems to support operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures

What You Need

• HS diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
