Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to supporting our patients and their families through critical care scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the health status of neonates in critical care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families regarding care procedures and neonatal health issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience (Level III or higher preferred).
• NRP certification required.
• NIC-RNC certification preferred.
