Postdoc: 2D Materials & Steep-Slope Devices
Brookhaven LAB
Brookhaven National Laboratory's Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN) seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to explore 2D material heterostructures for steep-slope transistors for energy-efficient microelectronics. Work uses CFN’s Quantum Materials Press and Nanofabrication Facilities to study defects and device physics.
The successful candidate will fabricate and characterize 2D devices across temperature, perform cryogenic measurements, and contribute to publications under Dr.
