Overview Hourly Shift Leader at Papa John’s will lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment and ensures customers receive a world‑class service experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage the restaurant team during shifts. Ensure positive customer experiences and world‑class service. Support and develop team members through ongoing training. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old. GED or High School Diploma preferred. Basic math and solid problem‑solving skills. Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends. Capability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
